On the basis of the proposal of the municipality of Vestec, after discussion with the Police of the Czech Republic on 19 October 2022, the Municipal Office Černošice, OSÚ - Department of Transport and Communications Administration, pursuant to § 77 (1) (c) and § 77 (5) of Act No.361/2000 Coll., on Road Traffic, as amended, by a measure of a general nature, establishes a temporary regulation of traffic on roads - road No. Vídeňská and local road ul. Vestecká and Na Spojce in Vestec in accordance with Section 61(2) of the Road Traffic Act.

Installation of traffic signs (prohibition of entry of vehicles over 6t, except for traffic service, from ul. Vídeňská to Na Spojce and Vestecká streets) will be implemented according to the approved DIO situation, which is an annex and an integral part of this determination.

Pursuant to Section 173(1) of Act No. 500/2004 Coll., the Administrative Code, the measure of a general nature becomes effective on the fifteenth day after the publication of the public notice.
