The Municipal Office Černošice, Construction Office informs the parties to the proceedings and gives them the opportunity to comment on new documents in the planning proceedings initiated on 29.6.2023 on the application submitted by the Central Bohemian Region, IČO 70891095, in the matter of the construction: 'II/603 Jesenice, bypass - stage III' on land in the cadastral territory of Jesenice u Prahy and in the cadastral territory of Vestec u Prahy.

The letter shall be deemed to have been delivered on the fifteenth day after posting. After the expiry of 10 days from the date of delivery of the notice, the administrative authority shall decide on the matter.
