{"id":36659,"date":"2024-01-02T22:25:25","date_gmt":"2024-01-02T21:25:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vestec.cz\/?p=36659"},"modified":"2024-01-02T22:36:03","modified_gmt":"2024-01-02T21:36:03","slug":"novinky-v-overovani-podpisu-od-1-1-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vestec.cz\/en\/novinky-v-overovani-podpisu-od-1-1-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"New developments in signature verification from 1.1.2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From January 2024 onwards <strong>no proof of identity<\/strong> of the applicant for signature verification <strong>driving licence<\/strong>, but only with an ID card or travel document (for Czech citizens).<\/p>\n<p>From January 2024 it will be possible to <strong>Verify<\/strong> at public administration contact points (CzechPOINT) also <strong>electronic signature on an electronic document<\/strong>, which, as with electronic document conversion, must first be uploaded to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.czechpoint.cz\/uschovna\/\">CzechPOINT Luggage storage<\/a> and then the applicant personally presents the confirmation at the CzechPOINT counter, where he\/she proves his\/her identity. Qualified and guaranteed electronic signatures can be verified, but also plain electronic signatures.<\/p>\n<p>From 1 January 2024, the amendment to Act No. 414\/2023 Coll. also increased the <strong>the administrative fee for signature verification is 50 CZK<\/strong>\/Every signature.
