This is because these are areas where important radio-communication facilities used to ensure the defence of the state are at risk, especially due to the free construction of photovoltaic power plants.<\/p>\n<p class=\"news-detail__perex\">On Wednesday, 20 November 2024, the Government approved a decree establishing the designated areas of the Ministry of Defence in which buildings for the production of renewable energy with a total installed capacity of up to 50 kW are not small buildings under the Building Act (<a href=\"https:\/\/vestec.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/FVE_ochr_pasmo_Vestec.png\">map of the defined area in Vestec<\/a>).
