The Regional Authority of the Central Bohemian Region, Department of Environment and Agriculture, as the competent administrative authority, on the basis of the investigation procedure, has decided pursuant to Section 7(6) of Act No.100\/2001 Coll., on Environmental Impact Assessment and on Amendments to Certain Related Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as \"the Act\") that the project \"Panattoni Business Park Prague\" cannot have a significant impact on the environment and will not be assessed under the Act.<\/p>\n
