Quality Autumn of Life, z.ú
It is a non-governmental, non-profit organization that provides care for the elderly at home and is a registered social service based in Vestec. The social services provided preserve and develop the dignity of the lives of those who use them and are safe and professional. Services are aimed at supporting the physical and psychosocial skills of service users.
In addition to care services, it also offers lunch delivery, cleaning work and rental of compensatory and rehabilitation aids.

Offer of social care services
Clients can be seniors, citizens with an old-age or disability pension, citizens with disabilities, citizens with reduced mobility, citizens who need the help of another person to provide for their needs. The service is not intended for persons whose health condition requires medical care in a health care facility, persons with infectious diseases and persons endangering themselves or their surroundings.
These include:
- Shopping (groceries, pharmacy, etc.), taking the client to the grocery store, doctor's office
- Housekeeping, laundry, ironing
- Help with food preparation or serving
- Consultation with family members
- Spiritual care (reading, crossword puzzles, etc.)
The service must be booked at least 48 hours in advance by phone or SMS to e-mail: administrativa.kpz@email.cz, tel: 778 095 645 and is conditional on the conclusion of a contract with the KPŽ.

Lunch delivery offer
The services of KPŽ s.r.o. mediate the delivery of subsidized lunches to clients from among the citizens of Vestec every weekday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The basic price of lunch from 1.5.2023 is set at 117 CZK + 35 CZK transport fee (from 1.12.2022 the original price was 147 CZK including VAT), however, seniors from Vestec (over 70 years old or immobile pensioners) are granted a discount, which is contributed by the municipality of Vestec and one Lunch with transport will cost CZK 57 including VAT from 1 May 2023 (previously CZK 52).
Citizens can choose from multiple vendors each day and receive menus a week in advance by email or in person at lunch delivery. Orders must be delivered to KPJ by 4 p.m. on Thursday for the following week.
