The Prague City Council, Department of Urban Development, informs about the initiation of the procedure for the issuance of amendments Z 3765/30, Z 3786/30, Z 3798/30, Z 3809/30 of wave 30 of the Zoning Plan of the Capital City of Prague (hereinafter referred to as "Zoning Plan Amendments") by announcing a public hearing on the draft of these amendments. The public hearing will be held on 9 March 2022 at 12:00 via on-line streaming video conference.

Complete drafts of the Amendments to the Master Plan and the complete proposal to issue these amendments in the form of a measure of a general nature will be available for inspection at www.praha.eu. Opinions (concerned authorities and the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic), comments (anyone can submit) and objections (land owners, authorised investors and representatives of the public) can be submitted in writing, electronically or by data box until 16 March 2022 inclusive. Comments can be submitted via system for spatial planning support.
