The Prague City Council, Department of Spatial Development, informs about the commencement of the procedure for the issuance of amendments Z 2992/10, Z 3035/10, Z 3055/10, Z 3064/10, Z 3066/10, Z 3067/10, Z 3076/10, Z 3077/10, Z 3078/10, Z 3095/10, Z 3108/10 of wave 10 of the Zoning Plan of the Capital City of Prague (hereinafter referred to as "Zoning Plan Amendments") by announcing a public hearing on the draft amendments. At the same time, the documentation of the assessment of the impact of the Amendments to the Master Plan on the sustainable development of the territory (hereinafter referred to as the "UDP") is issued and discussed. The public hearing will be held on 18 March 2022 at 10:00 a.m. via on-line streaming video conference.

Complete drafts of the UDP Amendments, the full proposal for the issuance of the above-mentioned amendments in the form of a measure of general nature and the documentation of the UDP will be available for inspection at www.praha.eu. Opinions (concerned authorities and the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic), comments (anyone can submit) and objections (land owners, authorised investors and representatives of the public) can be submitted in writing, electronically or by data box until 25 March 2022 inclusive. Comments can be submitted via system for spatial planning support.
