The Prague City Council, Department of Urban Development, informs about the initiation of the procedure for the issuance of a separately discussed amendment Z 3822/00 to the Zoning Plan of the Capital City of Prague (hereinafter referred to as "Zoning Plan Amendment") by announcing a public hearing on the draft amendment. At the same time, the documentation on the assessment of the effects of the Amendments to the ZP on the sustainable development of the territory (hereinafter referred to as the "SADP") is issued and discussed. The public hearing will be held on 30 March 2022 at 9:30 a.m. via online streaming video conference.

The complete draft of the Change to the Master Plan, the complete proposal for the issue of the said change in the form of a measure of a general nature and the documentation of the EIA will be available for inspection on the website www.praha.eu. Opinions (concerned authorities and the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic), comments (anyone can submit them) and objections (land owners, authorised investors and representatives of the public) can be submitted in writing, electronically or via data box until 6 April 2022 inclusive. Comments can be submitted via system for spatial planning support.
