The Prague City Council, Department of Spatial Development, informs about the commencement of the procedure for the issuance of amendments to Wave 17 Z 3273/17 and Z 3274/17 of the Zoning Plan of the Capital City of Prague (hereinafter referred to as "Zoning Plan Amendments") by announcing a public hearing on the draft of these amendments. At the same time, the documentation of the assessment of the impact of the Amendments to the Zoning Plan on the sustainable development of the territory (hereinafter referred to as "the SADP") is issued and discussed. The public hearing will be held on 28 April 2022 at 12:00 at CAMP - amphitheatre, Vyšehradská 51, Prague 2 and simultaneously also via on-line streaming videoconference.

The complete draft of the Amendments to the Master Plan, the complete proposal for the issuance of these amendments in the form of a measure of a general nature and the documentation of the EIA will be available for inspection at www.praha.eu. Opinions (concerned authorities and the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic), comments (anyone can submit) and objections (land owners, authorised investors and representatives of the public) can be submitted in writing, electronically or via data box until 5 May 2022 inclusive. Comments can be submitted via system for spatial planning support.
