Public notice - Announcement of the public hearing on the draft amendment Z 3125/00 of the Zoning Plan of the Capital City of Prague and the assessment of the impacts on the sustainable development of the territory

The Prague City Council, Department of Spatial Development, informs about the public hearing and the issuance of the draft amendment Z 3125/00 to the Zoning Plan of the Capital City of Prague (hereinafter referred to as "ZP Amendment") and the assessment of the impacts on the sustainable development of the territory (hereinafter referred to as "SDIA"). The public hearing will take place on 6 November 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at CAMP - amphitheatre, Vyšehradská 51, Prague 2 and also via on-line streaming videoconference.
The complete draft of the Change of the Master Plan, the complete proposal for the issue of the said change in the form of a measure of general nature and the VVURU will be made available for inspection on the Internet at www.praha.eu. Opinions (concerned authorities and the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic), comments (anyone can submit) and objections (land owners, authorised investors and representatives of the public) can be submitted in writing, electronically or via data box until 13 November 2024 inclusive. For comments, opinions and objections, it is recommended to use Territorial Development Portal.
