Public notice - Notice of the public hearing on the draft amendments to Wave 28 of the Prague City Centre Master Plan and the assessment of the impacts on the sustainable development of the territory

The Prague City Council, Department of Spatial Development, informs about the public hearing and exhibition of the draft amendments Z 3523/28, Z 3533/28, Z 3536/28 and Z3539/28 of the Zoning Plan of the Capital City of Prague (hereinafter referred to as "ZP Amendments") and the evaluation of the impacts on the sustainable development of the territory (hereinafter referred to as "SED"). The public hearing will take place on 8 April 2025 at 13:00 at CAMP - amphitheatre, Vyšehradská 51, Prague 2 and also via on-line streaming video conference.
The complete draft of the Change to the Master Plan, the complete proposal for the issue of the said change in the form of a measure of general nature and the VVURU will be available for inspection on the Internet at www.praha.eu. Opinions (concerned authorities and the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic), comments (anyone can submit them) and objections (land owners, authorised investors and representatives of the public) can be submitted in writing, electronically or via data box until 15 April 2025 inclusive. For comments, opinions and objections, it is recommended to use Territorial Development Portal.
