and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Road Traffic Act), initiated on 9 July 2025 proceedings on a proposal for a measure of a general nature pursuant to Sections 171 et seq. of Act No.500/2004 Coll., Administrative Procedure Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrative Procedure Code") and pursuant to Sections 77(1)(c), 77(5) of the Road Traffic Act No. 361/2000 Coll, as amended, and Decree No 294/2015 Coll., implementing the Road Traffic Act, submits a proposal for a measure of a general nature submitted on 9 July 2025 by the company

in the matter of determination of local traffic regulation on the road No II/603 ul. Vídeňská and local roads (MK) ul. Obchodní and ul. Průmyslová in Vestec u Prahy consisting in the installation, marking and relocation of vertical traffic signs (hereinafter SDZ), horizontal traffic signs (hereinafter VDZ) and the installation of traffic light signalling equipment
(hereinafter referred to as SSZ).
