The Ministry of Agriculture, as the central authority of the state forest administration, issues the following measure of a general nature pursuant to Section 51a(6) of the Forest Act, which repeals the measure of a general nature issued by the Ministry of Agriculture under No. 17110/2020-MZE-16212 of 2 April 2020, as amended by the measure of a general nature No. MZE-59640/2022-16212 of 3 November 2022, with effect from 1 January 2026. The options given to forest owners by the original OOP remain valid and will be based directly on the relevant provisions of the amended Forest Act.
