Information on the processing of personal data
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "Regulation" or "GDPR"), in accordance with the Data Protection Act and other data protection legislation, we inform you on this page about why, when, how and what personal data we process.

Scope, purpose and duration of the processing of personal data
In order to be able to conduct legal and contractual agendas, to work efficiently and to contact especially the citizens of the municipality of Vestec, we process the following personal data of citizens for the following processing purposes
Selection procedures - vacancies
Personal data processed - Identification details, address, criminal record, proof of education, certificate of verification, curriculum vitae

Purpose of processing - Ensuring the agenda of selection procedures in accordance with Act No. 312/2002 Coll.
Processing time* - For the duration of the selection process, unsuccessful candidates have their documents returned, the rest are shredded, only the minutes of the committee's proceedings are kept for 10 years
Selection procedures for directors of contributory organisations (kindergartens)

*The municipal office has set time limits for the storage and processing of personal data in full compliance with Act No.499/2004 Coll., on archiving and filing services and on amendments to certain acts, as well as in accordance with special regulations as indicated in the table above.
It is not your responsibility to provide us with your contact details (phone number, email), but we cannot communicate with you better without them. These contact details are only processed by us with your prior consent. Without the other personal data mentioned above, we cannot properly fulfil our legal obligation in particular.
Our work does not involve automated processing of personal data.
To whom we transfer personal data
Personal data may be transferred to public authorities, other administrative bodies. Some personal data may also be disclosed to external suppliers (e.g. IT system suppliers - Triada, spol. s r.o. (IS MUNIS), IS MP Manager (Municipal Police), external IT consultant, external law firm, bailiff offices.
We do not transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations.
Security of your personal data
We are committed to the security of the personal data you provide to us. Therefore, we have taken sufficient technical and organisational measures to protect your data sufficiently with regard to the seriousness of its processing. No unauthorised person has access to your personal data that we have collected from you and we do not pass it on to other entities for further processing without your consent, unless required by law or to protect our legitimate interests.

Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, i.e. to be told what data we process about you and how we process it.
If your personal data is processed in an outdated form, you have the right to request its correction. We may, at your request, delete personal data that we have processed in excess of our legal obligation or restrict its processing if necessary to ensure that the processing of personal data complies with the Regulation. You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data.
You have the right to the portability of your personal data, especially in the event of a change of residence from the municipality of Vestec.
You can send your request electronically to the above email address, in writing to the address of the Municipal Office, or to a designee. As part of the acceptance of the application, the identity of the applicant must be verified in order to protect his/her personal data.
Method of identity verification:
- Receipt of a request by data mailbox from the data subject's data mailbox
- Receipt of the application via e-mail with a valid qualified electronic signature
- Verification of identity at the Vestec municipality office when submitting the application
- The paper application is signed with a certified signature
