Vestec Farmers' Market

Farmers' markets offer visitors the opportunity to buy fresh, locally sourced produce, grown or produced with care and love.

In Vestec, the market took up residence in the pleasant surroundings of the community garden and during its test run in 2024 offered visitors homemade products from Kott's Mill as well as refreshments lovingly prepared in the Caffé del Borgo café.

In the offer of Kott's Mill There are homemade eggs, honey, homemade pasta, but the main production is homemade meat products such as sausages, smoked meat, pates, ready-made goulash, meatloaf and seasonally they also offer fresh poultry meat or killing delicacies.

Caffé del Borgo made Saturday morning more pleasant for everyone with delicious coffee and homemade breads with spreads or baked cakes.

The first year has shown us that there is a real interest in home-made products among people and we would like to expand the range of products on offer at the farmers' markets.

Now we would like to enable our neighbours from Vestec and the surrounding area to sell plant and animal surpluses from their own gardens!

If you have leftover vegetables, herbs, eggs or other farm products at home, come and offer them at our farmers' markets. The important thing is that it is really surplus from your own production.
