In accordance with the provisions of Section 14c(1)(d) of Act No. 247/1995 Coll., on Elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Other Acts, as amended, I understand members of the precinct election commission whose participation is compulsory, that training on the principles of voting and on the system of determining and processing the results of the vote will be held on 01.10. 2025, 4:30 p.m. in the building Jesenice Municipal Office, Budějovická 303in the hall on the ground floor.

The chairman, vice-chairman and recorder of the precinct election commission are entitled to a higher special remuneration for the performance of their duties than other members of the precinct election commission. A member of a precinct election commission who has not fulfilled the obligation to attend training on the principles of voting and on the system for determining and processing the results of the vote shall not be entitled to this higher remuneration, unless the returning officer has been appointed or the chairman and vice-chairman have been designated by lot at a time when attendance at the training could no longer be guaranteed.
