The bailiff of the Executor's Office in Rakovník Mgr. Pavel Tintěra decided to issue the following auction decree in the matter of sale of immovable property.

The first auction session will be held electronically via the electronic auction system at www.portaldrazeb.cz on 19 July 2023 at 10:00. The subject of the auction are the immovable property: a 1/3 share (a) in the residential unit No 2007/35 in the building in Rakovník II, No 2005-2011 (LV 4550), (b) a 94/10000 share in the common parts of the building in Rakovník, No 2005-2011 (LV 4550) and (c) a 94/10000 share in the plot No St. 3283, all in the cadastral territory of Rakovník, on the ownership sheet No 7196.
