The Regional Hygiene Station of the Central Bohemian Region based in Prague in cooperation with the Czech Mycological Society announces on 28 March 2023 at 10.00 a.m. and on 23 May 2023 at 10.00 a.m. in the meeting room of the building of the Central Bohemian Region based in Prague Dittrichova 17, Prague 2 (metro B Karlovo nám.) for those who wish to trade or use edible wild mushrooms from their own collection for production or for restaurant operators who wish to prepare dishes from edible wild mushrooms from their own collection.

The application form can be found at www.khsstc.cz and together with all relevant documents must be delivered to the address of the KHS based in Prague at least 5 days before the date of the examination. The fee of CZK 500 is payable upon successful completion of the examination.
