The Regional Authority of the Central Bohemian Region, Department of Environment and Agriculture, as a nature protection authority with subject matter and local competence, issues a measure of a general nature, which sets out more detailed conditions for the application of the Principles of Regulation of the Ailanthus altisima in the Czech Republic for the purpose of its removal, control or isolation. According to the approved Principles for the control of the spider moth in the Czech Republic, the long-term goal is the eradication (complete removal) of the spider moth throughout the territory of the Czech Republic. This measure of a general nature applies to the territory of the Central Bohemian Region under the competence of the regional authority, i.e. outside the territory of large protected areas.
