I. The Regional Authority of the Central Bohemian Region as the competent nature protection authority (hereinafter referred to as "the OOP") authorises, pursuant to the provisions of Section 56(1) and (2)(a), (b) and (c) of Act No. 114/1992 Coll, on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') in the interest of protecting wildlife, in the interest of preventing serious damage, in particular to the wildlife. in the interests of public health or public safety, an exemption from the basic conditions for the protection of the specimens of the specially protected common wolf, namely an exemption from the prohibition to disturb, capture or kill specimens of the common wolf that are assessed according to the criteria of the Contingency Plan for dealing with situations where there are problematic specimens of the common wolf, and an exemption from the prohibition to keep or transport specimens captured or killed on the basis of this exemption. II. The OOP further provides, pursuant to the provisions of Section 5(6) of the Act, measures to control (remove) hybrids of the common wolf and the dog, under the conditions specified in the full text of the Measure of a general nature.

III. The OOP further authorises, pursuant to the provisions of Section 43(1) of the Act, an exception from the basic conditions of protection in nature reserves, namely from the prohibition to capture animals and alter the preserved natural environment in contravention of the more detailed conditions of protection of nature reserves pursuant to Section 34(1)(e) and (f) of the Act and issues consent to activities restricted under the more detailed conditions of protection of specially protected areas pursuant to Section 44(4) of the Act, which limit the implementation of this general measure. The exception granted and the consent issued shall be strictly linked to the implementation of the necessary measures set out in points 1 and II of this general nature measure.

The measure of a general nature is valid until 31 December 2033.
