The Prague City Council, Department of Spatial Development, informs about the commencement of the procedure for the issuance of the amendment of wave 10 Z 3110/10 of the Zoning Plan of the Capital City of Prague (hereinafter referred to as "ZP Amendments") by announcing a public hearing on the draft of the said amendment. At the same time, the documentation on the assessment of the effects of the Amendment to the Master Plan on the sustainable development of the territory (hereinafter referred to as "the MDP") is issued and discussed. The public hearing will be held on 28 April 2022 at 09:30 at CAMP - amphitheatre, Vyšehradská 51, Prague 2 and simultaneously also via on-line streaming videoconference.

The complete draft of the Change to the Master Plan, the complete proposal for the issuance of the said change in the form of a measure of a general nature and the documentation of the EIA will be available for inspection on the website www.praha.eu. Opinions (concerned authorities and the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic), comments (anyone can submit them) and objections (land owners, authorised investors and representatives of the public) can be submitted in writing, electronically or via data box until 5 May 2022 inclusive.
