On 25 September 2023, the Central Bohemian Region, IČO: 70891095, represented by PRAGOPROJEKT, a.s., IČO 45272387, submitted an application for a zoning decision on the location of the construction "II/603 Jesenice - bypass, stage III" on the land in the cadastral area of the town of Jesenice. Jesenice u Prahy and Vestec u Prahy.

The subject of the proceedings is the location of the transport infrastructure construction referred to in Section 1(2)(d) of Act No. 416/2009 Coll., on accelerating the construction of transport, water and energy infrastructure for electronic communications (the Line Act), as amended until 31 December 2023.

The Regional Authority of the Central Bohemian Region, Department of Spatial Planning and Building Regulations, announces the commencement of the planning proceedings pursuant to Section 87(2) of the Building Act. The authorities concerned may submit their binding opinions and the parties to the proceedings may submit their objections within 20 days of receipt of this notice.

The legal effects are exclusively due to delivery by public notice via the official notice board of the Central Bohemian Regional Authority.
