The Municipal Office Černošice, Department of Building Authority, examined the submitted application pursuant to Section 86 of the Building Act and announces the start of the planning procedure.

At the same time, in accordance with the provisions of Section 87(1) of the Building Act and Section 36 of Act No. 500/2004 Coll., Administrative Code, the Building Authority determines a period of 45 days from the date of publication of the notice on the initiation of planning proceedings for on the official board of the town of Černošice on 13 December 2023by which time the parties to the proceedings may comment on the decision, submit their objections, the authorities concerned may submit their binding opinions and the public may submit comments.
