Jesenice Municipal Office, Construction Authority, as the construction authority competent pursuant to Section 13(1)(d) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll, on spatial planning and building regulations (Building Act), as amended, in a joint zoning and building hearing, has assessed, pursuant to Section 94o of the Building Act, the application for the issuance of a joint permit submitted on 3 January 2022 by the City of Jesenice, ID No.: 00241318, represented by PITTER DESIGN, s.r.o, ID No.: 25275291, and on the basis of this assessment pursuant to Section 94p of the Building Act and Section 13a of Decree No. 503/2006 Coll, on more detailed regulation of spatial decision-making, zoning measures and building regulations, APPROVES THE BUILDING PLAN for the construction called "SPORTS AREA JESENICE", Jesenice, among others on the land parc. Vestec u Prahy.

This decision may be appealed within 15 days to the Regional Authority of the Central Bohemia Region by filing a complaint with the local administrative authority.
