Pursuant to Section 25(3)(g) of Act No. 458/2000 Coll., as amended, we would like to notify the owners and users of land through which overhead power lines of the distribution system operated by ČEZ Distribuce, a. s. run, or on which the protection zone extends, of the obligation to remove and trim trees and other vegetation threatening the safe and reliable operation of distribution system equipment owned by ČEZ Distribuce, a. s. (hereinafter referred to as "intervention"). IMPROVEMENT SHOULD BE PERIODICALLY DURING THE VEGETATION CLIMATE PERIOD ACCORDING TO THE SCOPE BELOW.

If the intervention is not carried out by 15 November of this year and if the safety and reliability of the operation of the distribution system equipment is threatened, an employee authorized by ČEZ Distribuce, a. s. is entitled to enter the affected land in order to carry out the intervention. The resulting logging debris and residues will be disposed of and the harvested utility wood will be placed in full lengths in individual piles at the edge of the protection zone or at a distance of 10 m from the line axis on the affected land. If the landowner has already been contacted in writing, the instructions received must be followed.
When working, observe the safe distances from the conductors specified in PNE 33 0000-6. Neither tools nor tree branches must be brought closer to the conductors than a safe distance when trimming. Do not intervene if branches of trees and other vegetation touch the lines before intervening, or if there is a risk of contact with the lines when the trimmed branches of trees and other vegetation fall.
