The Černošice Municipal Office, Department of Building Authority, as the competent administrative authority, suspends, pursuant to Section 64(1)(c) of Act No. 500/2004 Coll., the Administrative Code, as amended, the zoning proceedings initiated on the basis of an application submitted on 29 July 2019 by the Central Bohemian Region, IČO 70891095, represented by the Regional Administration and Maintenance of Roads of the Central Bohemian Region, p.o, IČO 00066001, represented on the basis of a power of attorney by TUBES spol. s r.o., IČO 25062255, in the matter of the location of the project Vestecká spojka, II. stage including connection to D1 on the land, among others, in the cadastral district of České Budějovice. Vestec, on the grounds of a preliminary issue, as the court judgment annulled the decision underlying the planning procedure concerning the authorisation of the exemption from animal protection. The zoning proceedings remain suspended pending the conclusion of further proceedings conducted by another administrative authority concerning the authorisation of exceptions to the prohibitions laid down in Section 50(2) of Act No 114/1992 Coll., on the protection of nature and the countryside.
