The Ministry of Regional Development, Department of Spatial Planning, announces the public hearing and publication of the draft Amendment 1a to the Territorial Development Plan (UDP). The draft Amendment 1a to the UDP was prepared on the basis of Resolution No. 581 of the Government of the Czech Republic.

The public hearing on the draft Amendment No. 1a of the Urban Development Plan with the interpretation of the preparer will take place on:

6 October 2025 at 2:30 p.m. at the Social Hall - Radiopalác, Vinohradská 1789/40, 120 00 Prague 2,

at the same time, this hearing will be broadcast via online transmission. Questions can be asked during the discussion and will be answered promptly (only in person in the hall).

Draft Amendment No. 1a to the ÚRP is available in National Geoportal for Spatial Planning and on the website MMR. The RDP is prepared in digital form. The draft of Amendment No. 1a to the Urban Development Plan can be viewed in person at the Ministry of Regional Development, Department of Spatial Planning, by prior arrangement.

Anyone may submit their comments in writing no later than 15 days from the date of the public hearing (i.e. up to and including 21 October 2025).
