The Regional Authority of the Central Bohemian Region, Department of Environment and Agriculture publishes a draft measure of a general nature establishing a deviating procedure for the killing of the Great Cormorant for the prevention of serious damage to fisheries and for the protection of (other) wildlife in the territory of the Central Bohemian Region outside the area of the Protected Landscape Area and outside the area of the National Nature Reserve and the National Park and all their protection zones.

The draft general nature measure will also be published for 15 days on the electronic official board of the Central Bohemian Region.

The Regional Authority invites affected persons to submit written reasoned comments or objections to the draft measure within 30 days from the date of publication, and owners of real estate whose rights, obligations or interests related to the exercise of property rights may be directly affected by the measure of a general nature to submit reasoned objections to the draft measure of a general nature within the statutory deadline of 30 days from the date of publication. The date of publication is the last day of the period for posting on the official notice board, i.e. 15 July 2022.
