The Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, Department of Property Administration, issues measures of a general nature, by which in the administrative district of the municipalities of Vestec, Zlatníky-Hodkovice and Jesenice it defines the area in which, in the interest of ensuring state security, it issues a binding opinion for the purposes of permitting the project, issues an opinion on the draft assignment of spatial planning documentation and an opinion on the draft of the zoning plan or its amendment, if it affects the defined area, it may express its opinion on the necessary modifications to the already established buildings or apply requirements for necessary modifications.

A measure of a general nature shall be issued without a procedure on its proposal and shall enter into force on the date of posting the public notice on the official board of the Ministry of the Interior.

The area of interest is defined by polygon No. 75 - see Annex to this OOP.
