The Prague City Council, Department of Spatial Development, informs about the repeated public hearing and exhibition of the draft Master Plan of the Capital City of Prague. Prague Metropolitan Plan (hereinafter referred to as "MPP"). An integral part of the documentation is an updated Impact Assessment of the Capital City Master Plan. The update of the Impact Assessment of the Prague Metropolitan Plan on the sustainable development of the territory (hereinafter referred to as the "MAAP").

The draft MPP and the documentation of the EIA were discussed in a joint meeting between 16 April 2018 and 27 July 2018. The draft MPP and the EIA documentation were further publicly consulted between 26 April 2022 and 30 June 2022. Based on the evaluation of the results of the public consultation, the promoter, in cooperation with the appointed representative, secured a substantial modification in accordance with Section 53(1) and (2) of the Building Act 2006 and decided to hold a repeat public consultation.
According to Section 53 (2) sentence 3 of the Building Act 2006, the amended draft MPP is discussed in a repeated public hearing to the extent of the following modifications - the amended parts.

The public hearing will be held on two dates: on 19 November 2025 at 9:00 a.m. and on 26 November 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the hall of the Centre for Architecture and Urban Planning - CAMP, Vyšehradská 51, Prague 2.
At the same time, the repeated public hearing will be broadcast on both dates via online videoconference at the above-mentioned internet addresses:19. 11. 2025, 26. 11. 2025.

Public notice - announcement of the repeated public hearing of the draft Master Plan of the Capital City of Prague Prague Metropolitan Plan and the documentation of the VVURU will be published on the official bulletin board of the Municipality of the Capital City of Prague. Prague, Jungmannova 35/29, Prague 1, from 20 October 2025 to 3 December 2025 inclusive. At the same time, the full proposal for the MPP in the form of a general nature measure, including the documentation of the UPRM, is available for consultation, inter alia, in a manner allowing remote access, at the following Internet address of the Department of Spatial Development of the Capital City Municipality Prague.

Pursuant to Section 52(3) of the Building Act 2006 in conjunction with Section 172(1) and (5) and Section 39(1) of the Administrative Procedure Act, the no later than 7 days from the date of the second date of the repeated public hearing, i.e. until 3 December 2025 inclusive, to submit opinions (only the authorities concerned), comments (anyone can submit) and objections (only owners of land and buildings affected by the proposed solution, the authorised investor and the public representative) to the issued draft MPP and opinions and comments to the issued documentation of the VVURU. Opinions, comments and objections submitted after this deadline shall not be taken into account.
Opinions, comments and objections can be submitted primarily in digital form using Portal of the Pražana - the commenting application "Portal of territorial development".

However, the right to make a submission in another form is not excluded. In the case of not using the Pražana Portal, it is also possible to submit opinions, comments and objections in one of the following ways: a)

In the case of non-use of the Pražana Portal, which monitors all of the following, opinions, comments and objections must be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Administrative Procedure Code, in particular Section 37(2), which regulates the content of the submission.
