Public notice - Notice of the public hearing on the draft amendments to Wave 33 of the Prague City Zoning Plan

The City of Prague Municipality, Department of Urban Development, informs about the public hearing and exhibition of the draft amendments Z 3549/33, Z 3552/33, Z 3553/33, Z3556/33, Z 3558/33 and Z3861/33 of wave 33 of the Zoning Plan of the Capital City of Prague (hereinafter referred to as the "Zoning Plan Amendment"). The public hearing will be held on 5 December 2023 at 12:00 at CAMP - amphitheatre, Vyšehradská 51, Prague 2 and also via on-line streaming video conference.

Complete drafts of the changes to the Master Plan will be available for inspection on the website www.praha.eu. Opinions (concerned authorities and the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic), comments (anyone can submit comments) and objections (land owners, authorised investors and representatives of the public) can be submitted in writing, electronically or via data box until 12 December 2023 inclusive. For comments and opinions it is recommended to use Territorial Development Portal.
