The City of Prague Municipality, Department of Spatial Development, announces the commencement of the discussion of the draft amendments Z 3286/18, Z 3291/18, Z 3301/18, Z 3318/18, Z 3396/18 of wave 18 of the Zoning Plan of the Capital City of Prague (hereinafter referred to as the "Zoning Plan Amendment") by joint discussion of the draft Zoning Plan Amendments and publication of the relevant design documentation. At the same time, the documentation for the assessment of the impacts on the sustainable development of the territory (hereinafter referred to as "the ESD") is issued and discussed. The joint meeting will be held on 03 October 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at CAMP - amphitheatre, Vyšehradská 51, Prague 2 and simultaneously also via on-line streaming videoconference.

Complete drafts of the amendments to the Master Plan and the VVURU will be made available for inspection on the website www.praha.eu. Opinions (concerned authorities and the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic), comments (anyone can submit comments) and objections (land owners, authorised investors and representatives of the public) can be submitted in writing, electronically or via data box until 1 November 2023 inclusive. For comments and opinions it is recommended to use Territorial Development Portal.
