The Prague City Council, Department of Spatial Development, informs about the commenced proceedings for the issuance of the amendment Z 3139/12 of wave 12 of the Zoning Plan of the Capital City of Prague (hereinafter referred to as the "ZP Amendment"). At the same time, the documentation of the evaluation of the effects of the ZP Amendment on the sustainable development of the territory (hereinafter referred to as the "ESD") is issued and discussed. Pursuant to Section 53, paragraph 2, sentence 3 of the Building Act, the modified draft of the UDP Amendment is discussed in a repeated public hearing to the extent of modifications resulting from the evaluation of the results of the first public hearing. The repeated public hearing will take place on 28 July 2022 at 13:00 at CAMP - amphitheatre, Vyšehradská 51, Prague 2 and also via on-line streaming video conference.

The complete draft of the Change to the Master Plan and the complete proposal for the issue of the said change in the form of a measure of general nature and the documentation of the EIA will be available for inspection on the website www.praha.eu. Opinions (concerned authorities and the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic), comments (anyone can submit comments) and objections (land owners, authorised investors and representatives of the public) can be submitted in writing, electronically or via data box until 04.08.2022 inclusive.
