The Prague City Council, Department of Spatial Development, informs about the commencement of the procedure for the issuance of amendments Z 3322/19, Z 3324/19, Z 3326/19, Z 3329/19, Z 3348/19, Z 3363/19, Z 3374/19, Z 3375/19 and Z 3377/19 of wave 19 of the Zoning Plan of the Capital City of Prague (hereinafter referred to as "Zoning Plan Amendments") by announcing the public hearing of the draft amendments. At the same time, the documentation of the assessment of the impact of the Amendments to the Master Plan on the sustainable development of the territory (hereinafter referred to as the "UDP") is issued and discussed. The public hearing will be held on 7 December 2022 at 9:30 a.m. at CAMP - amphitheatre, Vyšehradská 51, Prague 2 and simultaneously also via on-line streaming videoconference.

The complete draft of the Amendments to the Master Plan and the documentation of the VVURU will be available for inspection at www.praha.eu. Opinions (concerned authorities and the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic), comments (anyone can submit comments) and objections (land owners, authorised investors and representatives of the public) can be submitted in writing, electronically or via data box until 14 December 2022 inclusive.
