The draft report on the application of the Vestec Master Plan, prepared in October 2024 in accordance with Section 106 (1) and Section 107 of the Building Act, which includes the draft assignment of Amendment No. 1 to the Vestec Master Plan, will be published for consultation for 45 days from the date of posting of this notice on the official notice board in accordance with Section 43 (1) and Section 88 (1) and (2) of the Building Act, namely from 24 October 2024 to 9 December 2024 at the Vestec municipal office in paper form and also in electronic form on the Vestec municipal website under the tab Official board, and on the Internet spol. Within 30 days of the delivery of the notification by this public notice, i.e. until 9 December 2024, anyone may submit their suggestions in writing to the contracting authority in accordance with Section 89(5)(b) and in conjunction with Section 107(3) of the Building Act. Submissions shall be submitted to the contracting authority, the Vestec Municipal Authority, in writing or in electronic form signed with a guaranteed electronic signature pursuant to Section 37(4) of Act No. 500/2004 Coll., the Administrative Code, as amended, and shall contain the prescribed elements of a submission pursuant to Section 37(2) of the Administrative Code.
