The municipality of Vestec, pursuant to § 39, paragraph 1, of Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on Municipalities, as amended, announces the intention to lease a part of land parc. no. 880/2 with an area of 40 m² cadastral territory of Vestec u Prahy, which is in the exclusive ownership of the municipality of Vestec.

The intention is published on the basis of an application for the lease of the above-mentioned land, with the proviso that the land will be used by the owners of the neighbouring land parc. no. 880/47 as part of the garden of the family house no. p. 615.² is attached to the neighbouring plot of land parc. no. 880/47. The lease of the part of plot no. 880/2 is limited in time until the leased part of plot no. 880/2 is used for the repair/reconstruction of the rainwater harvesting body.

Comments, questions or objections to the submitted address plan can be submitted in writing to the Vestec Municipal Office at Vestecká 3, 252 50 Vestec, until 22 September 2025 at 12:00.
