The municipality of Vestec, pursuant to § 39, paragraph 1 of Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on Municipalities, as amended, announces the intention to exchange land parc. no. 914/103 with an area of 25 m², garden, in the cadastral territory of Vestec u Prahy, which is in the exclusive ownership of the municipality of Vestec, for land parc. no. 914/110 with an area of 24 m², garden, which will be created by the separation from the land parc. no. 914/43 in the cadastral territory of Vestec u Prahy according to the geometric plan no. 2208-21/2025, and the land parc. no. 914/111 with an area of 1 m², garden, which will be created by the separation from the land parc. no. 914/95 in the cadastral area of Vestec u Prahy according to the geometric plan no. 2208-21/2025. Comments, questions or objections to the submitted plan can be submitted in writing to the Vestec Municipal Office at Vestecká 3, 252 50 Vestec, until 24 September 2025 at 12:00.
This plan was approved by the Vestec Municipal Council at its 42nd meeting on 01.09.2025 by Resolution No. 2025/09/04.
