The municipality of Vestec, pursuant to § 39, paragraph 1, of Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on Municipalities, as amended, announces the intention to lease a part of land parc. no. 417/3 with a total area of 3523 m² cadastral territory of Vestec u Prahy, which is in the exclusive ownership of the municipality of Vestec.

The intention is published on the basis of applications submitted for the lease of part of the above-mentioned land, with the proviso that the tenant will place and operate a facility for the dispensing of parcels/parcels (the so-called self-service dispensing box) on the leased part of the land. This is a strip of existing greenery along Nad Jezerem Street, on its western side, in the section between the entrance to the premises of HECF Vestec s.r.o. No. 567 and the entrance to the premises of Flex ON, spol. s r.o. No. 454 - see Annex No. 1.

The selection of the tenant will be made by the Village Council at its meeting on 09 December 2024, with the rent and length of the lease to be determined by agreement. A lease agreement will be concluded with the tenant. Interested parties may comment on the intention and submit their offers until 09.12.2024 at 12:00 by submitting them at the Vestec Municipal Office.
