The municipality of Vestec, on the basis of Section 19d (1) of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., 2SU 7981, which is parked on a publicly accessible dedicated road, parking lot, business area Albert, owned by Monkstone Vestec s.r.o, Vídeňská Street, to remove the reason why the vehicle may not be operated on the roads, or to remove and park the vehicle off the road, no later than two months after the publication of this notice.

After the expiry of two months from the delivery of this notice to the vehicle operator, the owner of the road pursuant to Section 19d(2) of the Road Act is entitled to remove the vehicle from the road and park it in a suitable place at the expense of the vehicle operator.
