The municipality of Vestec, on the basis of Section 19d (1) of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on roads, as amended, invites the operator of a Peugeot factory vehicle, RZ: 7A5 7864, which is parked on the local road Ke Školce Street, in the parking lot of the kindergarten Vestec, to remove the reason for which the vehicle may not be operated on roads, or to remove the vehicle and park it off the road, no later than within two months from the publication of this invitation.

After the expiry of two months from the delivery of this notice to the vehicle operator, the owner of the road pursuant to Section 19d(2) of the Road Act is entitled to remove the vehicle from the road and park it in a suitable place at the expense of the vehicle operator.
