The Černošice Municipal Authority, Department of Building Authority, Department of Water Management, pursuant to Section 66 (1) and (2) of the Water Act, issues this measure of a general nature:

the floodplain of the Vestecký Brook and its tributaries in the territory of the Central Bohemian Region, in the area of. Vestec u Prahy and the municipality of. Hodkovice u Zlatníky, i.e. in the line km 2.49 - 2.80 of the Vestec stream, in the line km 1.68 - 3.50 of the Olšanský brook, in the line km 0.0 - 2.80 of the Olšanský west brook, and the active zone of the floodplain is defined therein, in the scope of the documentation for the declaration of the floodplain "Update of the Kunratický brook..." prepared in 02/2024 by VODNÍ DÍLA - TBD a.s., according to maps 5, 6, 7, 8 of the floodplain, which are an integral part of this general nature measure.
