The municipality of Vestec, pursuant to § 39, paragraph 1, of Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on Municipalities, as amended, announces the intention to sell land parc. no. 880/74 with an area of 7 m², which will be created by the separation of land parc. no. 880/4 in the cadastral area of Vestec u Prahy according to the geometric plan no. 2210-43/2025 and land parc. no. 880/75 with an area of 5 m², which will be created by the separation from the land parc. no. 880/7 in the cadastral area of Vestec u Prahy according to the geometric plan no. 2210-43/2025.
Plots of land parc. no. 880/4 and parc. no. 880/7 in the cadastral area of Vestec u Prahy are in the exclusive ownership of the municipality of Vestec.

Comments, questions or objections to the submitted address plan can be submitted in writing to the Vestec Municipal Office at Vestecká 3, 252 50 Vestec, until 24 September 2025 at 12:00.
