Municipality of Vestec By § 5(1)(e) of the Act No. 106/1999 Coll., on free access to information, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on free access to information"), and in the sense of Government Regulation No. 173/2006 Coll., on the principles of setting fees and royalties for the provision of information under the Act on free access to information, establishes with effective from 10 December 2024 Schedule of charges for the provision of information. This tariff was approved by the Vestec Municipal Council on 09 December 2024.
