The Černošice Municipal Authority, Building Authority (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Authority") announces the commencement of joint proceedings in which, pursuant to the provisions of Section 94m(1) of the Building Act, it waives the oral hearing in the matter: "Construction of transport infrastructure and utility networks Jesenice 8 - completion of the territory"- construction of roads, HV and storm sewerage (drainage of roads), applicant: GENIUS LOCI DEVELOPER, a.s., ID No. 26773830.
