The Vestec Municipal Authority pursuant to the provisions of Section 45 (2) of Act No. 256/2013 Coll., on the Cadastre of Real Estate, on the basis of the notification of the Cadastral Office for the Central Bohemia Region, Cadastral Workplace Praha-západ, announces that in the period from 22 May 2023 from 10:00 to 2 June 2023, the cadastral register, partly renewed by new mapping and partly by transfer to a digitised cadastral map (hereinafter referred to as the "renewed cadastral register") in the cadastral territory of Vestec u Prahy, municipality of Vestec, will be available for public inspection during the office hours of the municipal office.

On 22 May 2023, from 10:00 - 12:00 and from 13:30 - 16:00, the unloading will take place in the presence of the Land Registry Office clerks in the building of the restaurant U Klimešů (Vestecká 9, Vestec), on the other days the required data will be provided by an employee of the municipality in the office of the Secretary of the Municipal Office (Vestecká 3, Vestec). In the event that the municipality's employee is unable to provide the owner with the required data on his ownership, it will be possible to consult the renewed cadastral register from 23 May 2023 to 2 June 2023 by prior telephone appointment at 284 044 140 in office No. 140 at the Cadastral Office (Pod Sídlištěm 9/1800, Praha 8 Kobylisy), at an agreed time.

At the same time, the renewed cadastral register will be available for consultation from 22 May 2023 to 2 June 2023 on the website the website of the Czech Office of Surveying and Cadastre.

Owners may, during the unloading of the updated cadastral register and within 15 days from the date on which the unloading is completed, object to its content. The Cadastral Office decides on the objections submitted (Section 45 of the Cadastral Act). The absence of the owners and other beneficiaries at the unloading of the register shall not be an obstacle to the declaration of the validity of the updated cadastral register.

The Cadastral Office will declare the validity of the renewed cadastral register on 22 June 2023.
