New construction of three sections of the road to serve the development area of research and technological complexes (STAR) in the cadastres of the municipalities of Vestec, Zlatníky - Hodkovice and Dolní Břežany in the Central Bohemia Region, connecting to the future final station of the D metro in the capital city of Prague. The purpose of the new road is to connect the existing and future motorway and road network and local roads.
