The Regional Authority of the Central Bohemian Region, Department of Transport (hereinafter referred to as the "appellate authority") decided on the appeal of the parties against the decision of the Municipal Office of Černošice, Department of the Construction Authority - Department of Transport and Communications Administration, No.MUCE 86157/2022/ OSU of 24 May 2008. Decision of the Municipal Office of Černošice, Department of the Construction Authority - Department of Transport and Communications Administration, no. MUCE 86157/2022/ OSU, file no. 68640/2018/Sp of 24 May 2022 is hereby revoked pursuant to Article 90(1)(b) of the Administrative Code and the case is returned to the first-instance authority for a new hearing.

According to Section 91(1) of the Administrative Procedure Code, this decision cannot be appealed.
