The Vestec Municipal Authority, as the contracting authority responsible for the preparation of Amendment No. 1 to the Vestec Master Plan (hereinafter referred to as "Amendment No. 1 to the Vestec Master Plan"), on the basis of a contract with PRISVICH s.r.o, ID No. 27101053, in accordance with Section 93(5)(c) and Section 111(4) of Act No. 283/2021 Coll, Construction Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Act"), announces the holding of a combined joint meeting and public hearing on the Draft Amendment No. 1 to the Vestec Master Plan and the evaluation of its impact on the sustainable development of the territory.

The draft amendment No. 1 to the Vestec Master Plan, prepared in August 2025 and the assessment of its effects on the sustainable development of the territory, prepared in August 2025, will be exposed for public inspection for the period specified in this public notice, from 3 October 2025 to 19 November 2025. at the Vestec Municipal Office, in the office of the office in paper form, and in electronic form on the internet of the municipality of Vestec and the company PRISVICH s.r.o (www.prisvich.cz/up.html), as well as by remote access in the national geoportal of spatial planning.
