On 9 May 2025, the town of Jesenice filed an appeal against the decision issued by the Municipal Office of Černošice, Construction Office, on 9 April 2025 under No.MUCE 36639/2025 OSU and file No. No. 68640/2018/OSU/Sp. Jan Smítka and Ludmila Smítková appealed against the above decision on 9 May 2025, and further appealed against the above decision on 9 May 2025.2025, František Kubera and Radka Kuberová appealed in the matter of "Construction of transport infrastructure and utilities Jesenice 8 - completion of the territory" - construction of roads, HV and storm sewerage (drainage of roads) on the basis of the application submitted on 2.11.2018 by GENIUS LOCI DEVELOPER a.s.
